The process of ACBU registration is over
Today, the process of state registration of the Associated Collecting Businesses of Ukraine (ACBU) has been completely finished, what allows the organization to operate as a subject of public activity. We remind that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine officially registered the ACBU at the beginning of March (certificate No. 413/5 of 06.03.2009)
It’s worth mentioning, that managerial and executive entities of the organization were approved at the general meeting of the Association: the Board of the Association, which constitutes of Gzhegozh Kopaniazh, General Director of CCG Credit Collection Group, Valeriy Svetlov, General Director of Verdict Company, which is a part of eCall group of companies, Andrey Ladanovsliy, General Director of Ukrborh Company, Vadim Fesenko, General Director of Obligations’ Execution Service, and Valentin Ilchuk, Head of Marketing and Sales Department of the European Agency for Debt Recovery.
The Board of the Association elected the President of the organization by means of open votingaccording to the Articles of the Association. He is Alezandr Ilchuk, Director of European Agency for Debt Recovery. Also there was appointed the Executive Director of the Association, who will occupy the position since 1st of April.
During organization registration in the previous month, representatives of ACBU actively participated in the development of draft law On Collection Activity as a part of Working Group, arranged by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. After discussion in the Ministry of Justice, the draft law will be submitted for consideration to relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada.
During the period of Association activity there was signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between the ACBU and AUACU (All-Ukrainian Association of Credit Unions), as well as ACBD (Association of Collection Business Development – Russia).
Today, Associated Collecting Businesses of Ukraine has entered the active phase of its activity. The organization is accepting new participants, who have already submitted applications for entrance, and is ready for cooperation with and acceptance of professional collection companies that to join efforts for establishing an integral, transparent, fair and effective market of collection services of Ukraine.
