The Associated Collecting Businesses of Ukraine was founded in December 2008. Presently, the Association consolidates the following companies: CCG Credit Collection Group, Performance of Obligations Service LLC, Verdict Company, which is a part of eCall group of companies, European Agency for Debt Recovery LLC, Ukrborh LLC, Ukrainian Collection Group LLC.

President of the Association

Ilchuk Alexander was born November 19, 1960 in Makeevka, Donetsk region. In 1983 he graduated from Irkutsk Higher Military Aviation Engineering School as an engineer of aircraft equipment. In 2005 he studied at the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration of the President of Ukraine, in 2006, graduated from the Institute of Investment Management in Kiev. He was director of Regional Department of "TAS-Commerzbank in Zaporozhe." Since 2002, involved in political activity. A member of the National Bureau of political party "Strong Ukraine". Deputy Chairman of political party "Strong Ukraine". Co-founder of the public organisation Reformations Club. President of the Association of Collecting Business in Ukraine since its foundation.

Ashot Arutyunyan, Ph.D., was born October 17, 1980 in Makhachkala. In 2002 he graduated from NTU "Kiev Polytechnic Institute". He has extensive experience in both international and national organizations. This includes extensive experience in international technical society BUREAU VERITAS, which directly addresses issues of a systemic approach to quality processes, and social responsibility in implementing the requirements of Ukrainian reality of European standards. Since 2010 Director of Development for Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan CCG - Credit Collection Group.
June 30, 2011, was elected Chairman of the Association of Collecting Business of Ukraine.

Executive director

Kuchin, Artem, born June 25, 1980 in Russia. He graduated from Kiev National Trade and Economic University finances. Since 2001 worked in banks Sintez, Privat, Rodovidbank, MetaBank.
